* Act as the financial compass for Plant Leadership, shaping key operational decisions and aligning strategy with long-term business goals.

* Deliver impactful financial storytelling during business reviews, turning numbers into clear insights that guide better decisions.
* Lead efforts to streamline financial operations, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes—offering proactive advice, highlighting risks, and supporting smart, data-driven decisions.
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified or qualified by experience finance professional
* Experience within manufacturing and standard costing environment
