Your key responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and team leadership
2. Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and menu favourites to exceptional standards
3. Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
4. Develop and trial new menu ideas and daily specials
5. Motivate and lead kitchen staff to exceed customer expectations
