Position Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible around these hours)
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Help drive the HR team forward
* Build strong working relationships to advise
* Provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
* Assist with and develop recruitment campaigns
* Assist with recruitment up to Grade 3
* Update employee records with changes
* Schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
* Conduct short‑term sick welfare meetings
* Refer colleagues to Occupational Health where required and follow up after their meeting
* Manage amended duties with occupational help
* Produce reports for various departments, both internally and group‑wide
* Deal with HR queries
* Develop and implement engagement activities
* Maintain excellent communication within the team
* Ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues
* Report any health & safety issues to management
What We Are Looking For
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* IT literate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent customer service
* Team player
* Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience
* Attention to detail
