Head Chef position Supporting Exec Chef - Luxury Hotel (High-End).
We are looking to speak with passionate Head Chefs to join our kitchen team at a Multi outlet, high-end North Yorkshire hotel known for its exceptional location, refined atmosphere, and commitment to quality.
This is a unique opportunity for a chef who takes pride in creating outstanding culinary experiences using the very best fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Youll play a key role in setting the tone for our guests day, delivering beautifully presented dishes with consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to an exceptional standard
Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
Managing morning service efficiently and calmly
Supporting stock control and minimising waste
What were looking for:
Proven experience at a minimum of Sous level in a high-quality similar establishment
Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern food trends
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to help lead and maintain high standards under pressure
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Transport will be required.
