Overview
Carpenter Multi Trader – Westminster – Permanent Position
Responsibilities
* Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and general maintenance in domestic properties
* First and second fix carpentry tasks (doors, skirting, architraves, flooring, etc.)
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting/repairs
* Basic multi-trade skills such as patch plastering, tiling, or plumbing where required
* Delivering excellent customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
* Using a PDA for job updates and completion notes
