Salary: £40,000 depending on experience What you'll be doing: Driving the execution of key operational information collection from multiple areas of business Process mapping to various levels of detail via standard toolsets Identifying key stakeholders and creating engagement packs with required question sets & collateral Work to target delivery dates and highlight potential blockers & issues where applicable Ability to drive discussions to understand the basic people, process, tools impacts within workshop discussions Planning and leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements, operational information and business process capture Work within the team to drive the creation of a centralised repository for collated information - with supporting process documentation where applicable Analysis of existing process documentation to highlight gaps and issue that require rework during workshop engagements Create project documentation for distribution & sign off Eliciting, analysing and documenting high level, user story and system requirements within an interview and workshop environment Reviewing of datasets to support the creation of business cases for future packages of work - specifically capacity, time in motion and downstream data impacts Your skills and experiences: Essential: Demonstrable evidence of analysing, documenting, understanding and presenting information to multiple stakeholders Proven experience in capturing, documenting and presenting requirements, workshops - highlighting traceability & priority Experience of projects that operate across multiple areas and systems Process Capture & Analysis Desirable: Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Signavio or Visio Involvement of projects that deal with 3rd party impacts and integrations with the core business processes Experience of projects with a regulatory or security focus Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
