Founder’s Associate/ EA - Production Content Agency

Type: Full-time (5 days on site/ occasionally 4)
£50,000 - £55,000 (starting asap.)
I am delighted to be working with an independent creative studio working across digital media, branded storytelling, and original content development. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Founder’s Associate/ EA to work directly with the Founder & CEO.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role focused on execution, operations, and strategic support. You’ll help drive projects forward, improve systems and workflows, manage priorities, and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
* Drive execution across key business initiatives
* Coordinate projects, timelines, and stakeholders
* Build systems, reporting, and operational processes
* Support the Founder with prioritisation and strategic projects
* Identify opportunities for AI and workflow automation
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years experience in startups, consulting, operations, media, or strategy
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
* Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
* Interest in creative industries, media, or storytelling
