We're partnering with a leading property consultancy that is expanding its rural estate management offering and looking to appoint an ambitious MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join its dynamic and collaborative team.

The role
You'll take ownership of a varied rural estate portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Managing rural estates and landholdings on behalf of a range of clients
6. Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, providing clear and practical guidance
7. Preparing agreements, negotiating transactions, and supporting day-to-day estate management
8. Working closely with internal specialist teams to unlock new opportunities for clients
9. Contributing to business development, including pitches and client presentations
10. Supporting compliance, systems development, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
11. MRICS qualified with experience in rural estate management or rural property
12. A proactive, client-focused professional with strong attention to detail
13. Comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
14. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
15. Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus
