Job Title: Non-Pharmacist Manager
Location: Dudley, DY1 2BY
Salary: Up to £15.31 (this is dependant on qualification)
Working Pattern: Monday- Friday and Half Day Saturday rota.
Opening hours are 9.00-18.30, so 40 hours would be a combination of opening and closing ie some days start at 09.00 and finish 18.00. Other days, start 9.30 and finish at 18.30. Where Saturday is worked, 4 hours to be taken in the week.

About the role
1. To manage all aspects of the pharmacy including staff and the services offered.

3. To delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the efficient running of the pharmacy.
4. To ensure there is an appropriate skill-mix of staff always working within the pharmacy.
5. To ensure all legal, ethical and contractual obligations are met.
What We’re Looking For:
6. A minimum of 2 years experience in community pharmacy
7. At least Level 2 Dispensing Assistant training
8. A strong commitment to patient care and community values.
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
10. A team player who is dependable, professional, and supportive of colleagues.
