Salary: £32,916 – £45,351 per annum (dependent on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher for a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Spilsby area for the summer term.
This full-time, temporary opportunity is ideal for a committed KS2 teacher who brings positivity, creativity and a confident classroom presence. You’ll be leading a motivated and inquisitive Year 5 class, supporting pupils as they consolidate their learning, build independence and prepare confidently for the transition into Year 6.
The school is at the heart of its local community and is known for its inclusive ethos and supportive staff team. Colleagues work closely together to ensure pupils feel encouraged, challenged and supported to achieve their very best.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching across KS2 (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for teaching
