Position Summary
The Production Apprentice will be an integral part of our Production team, supporting one of the specialty functions, such as Test & Termination, Fabrication (Welding), Components Production, Umbilical Assembly, or Rigging & Lifting. Following specific training plans, the Apprentice will split their time between studies and on-site, hands-on experience, in a schedule agreed during recruitment. This role supports our growth and talent development, offering the opportunity to learn new skills and earn a Modern Apprenticeship certificate upon successful completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Adhere to the college study program, attending and completing required courses.
* Work under supervision on tasks related to their area, including:
o Test & Termination: Integrate hardware and perform hydraulic pressure tests.
o Fabrication: Prepare and weld umbilical steel tubes.
o Components Production: Support setup and operation of production equipment.
o Umbilicals Assembly: Support setup and operation of production equipment.
o Rigging & Lifting: Support heavy lifting operations on-site.
Non-essential duties
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

* Follow the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
* Contribute to environmental sustainability and continuous improvement.
Reporting Relationship
The Apprentice reports to the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
* Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; equivalent achievements or experience considered.
* NAT5 English, Math, and Science at Level C or above.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Adhere to safety instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Read and follow procedures.
* Good IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Working Conditions
Primarily indoor and outdoor shop work, with exposure to noise and the need for PPE.
Physical Requirements
