Requirements
1. Carry out high-quality maintenance, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
2. Perform thorough vehicle inspections, identifying wear, faults, and required replacements
3. Deliver clear technical advice to customers, ensuring trust and confidence
4. Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships that encourage repeat business
5. Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure smooth workflow
6. Support and mentor colleagues in the workshop, sharing knowledge and promoting teamwork
