Responsibilities
- Build and develop your own client base within the UK Education sector
- Develop long‑term relationships with Schools, Colleges, Universities, Multi‑Academy Trusts and Education Providers
- Source and recruit high‑quality teaching, leadership and support professionals
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Negotiate, influence and provide consultative solutions to clients and candidates
- Continuously develop your commercial, sales and recruitment skills
- Work towards ambitious goals and performance targets
