THE OPPORTUNITY: Reliability Manager
Reliability Manager to join our Quality and Reliability team. Her/she ensures that components, subsystems, and systems meet robustness, reliability, and durability requirements over their entire lifecycle, from concept to production and field use. The successful candidate will be responsible to apply reliability methods, standards, and testing to ensure compliance with OEM and customer expectations, industry regulations, and standards such as #AEC-Q100/Q200, #ISO 26262, #IATF 16949, VDA Robustness Validation, and OEM-specific requirements.
What you bring;
* Experience in semiconductor reliability testing, with embedded non-volatile memory.
* Experienced with IC reliability stress methods such as HTOL, bHAST, HTS, ESD, LU, etc.
* Experience with reliability testing methods, statistical analysis, and life data modelling is a plus.
* Hands-on experience in reliability lab testing and equipment.
* Knowledge of semiconductor and reliability failure mechanisms.
* Experience with automotive standards: AEC-Q100/Q200 / Q005, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, VDA MLA/Robustness Validation, #APQP, #PPAP and JESD22.
* Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
* Proficiency in tools such as Weibull++, #Minitab, #Reliasoft, or equivalent.
