Are you an established Senior Engineering Project Manager looking for an exciting challenge? Join us to lead the delivery of our most critical projects. Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: We seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working, such as being onsite when necessary to collaborate, then working from home around family commitments. This role could be full-time or part-time: 4 or 5 days per week. Flexibility is available, with an expectation of being onsite 2-3 days a week depending on project needs.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. Successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

The opportunity:
Join our Electronics Engineering team, dedicated and growing. As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of electronic sub-systems from concept to production, contributing to our delivery strategy.
You will be supported by Project Controllers and mentored by Engineering Project Coordinators. There is a clear development path towards roles like Delivery Lead and Sector Lead, managing larger portfolios and teams. MBDA offers excellent career growth and development opportunities.

What we're looking for:
* Strong background in electronics development
* Experience with Project Management best practices: Risk, Stakeholder, Compliance, Configuration, and Earned Value Management
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Experience across all project phases from initiation to closure
* Excellent communication skills and influencing ability
* Organised with attention to detail and pride in your work
