About
The System Integrations (IPAAS) Manager is a new position within the Operations arm of the Moorepay marketing team. The role will work cross-functionally, collaborating with core stakeholders in data leadership and data operations within Moorepay/Zellis to deliver robust platform integrations across our CRM and customer-supporting applications.
The role-holder will be responsible for documentation, setup, and maintenance of integrations via direct connectors and our IPAAS platform (Workato), including training and communication. This position is key to unlocking data value within the Moorepay Data Platform for operational use.
Building strong relationships with the Data Systems Manager, platform owners, and leadership, the role will primarily work within Workato and related systems.
Skills & Experience

* Strong understanding of IPAAS engineering, solution design, testing, and onboarding
* Exemplary documentation skills, including schematics and change controls

* Ability to build close working relationships across teams and vendors
* High data literacy; experience with relevant data languages (Python, Java) is beneficial
* Knowledge of GDPR and data regulatory frameworks
* Project management skills for delivering integration projects on time
* Accuracy and precision in work
* Confident communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly
* Contribute positively to team culture
