What is the opportunity?Join our newly created Business Enablement team, where we transform complex data into strategic insights and optimise organisational processes to drive business growth.This team empowers leadership decision-making while enabling employees across the global organisation to focus on their core strategic work.Transform complex data into strategic insights that directly influence CEO board presentations and business direction.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about business strategy and management to launch their asset management career, working at the heart of decision-making while building expertise in AI-enhanced analytics and strategic reporting.You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping RBC BlueBay's future direction.This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at 100 Bishopsgate, London.What will you do?Strategic Reporting & Analysis
1. Produce comprehensive executive-level business performance reports e.g. for CEO board presentations.

2. Analyse data across Finance, Client Teams, Operations and Investment departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

3. Develop clear, compelling narratives from complex datasets, combining automated insights with human strategic judgment.

4. Create executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide real-time business insights.

5. Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.

Strategic Initiative Support
6. Track the progress of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals and providing updates to senior leadership. Leveraging automated tools to monitor progress and identify risks.

7. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities and initiatives.

8. Evaluate and recommend emerging business technologies (AI tools, cloud platforms, automation solutions) that could enhance strategic capabilities.

Ad-hoc Strategic Projects and Business Enablement
9. Support or lead ad-hoc strategic projects e.g. international office changes.

10. Support central Business Enablement processes to ensure team resilience and coverage.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have
11. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and/or modern data visualisation tools.

12. Experience with business reporting development and maintenance. Ability to translate complex insights into plans of action for senior stakeholders.

13. Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a resource-constrained environment.

14. Excellent communication skills at all levels.

15. Ability to work within a close-knit environment both at a team and organisational level.

16. Experience managing expectations and communications across multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

17. Genuine interest in business strategy, management, and organisational development.

18. A growth mindset and self-starting personality with keen attention to detail.

19. Curious and eager to continuously learn and improve.

Nice-to-have
20. University degree or similar/equivalent in an analytical field.

21. Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools or coding to enhance analytical work, create process efficiencies and automate manual processes.

22. Professional experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis/reporting, or similar strategic role.

23. Experience in asset management.
