Legal counsel - part time

A financial services organisation is looking to hire an experienced Part-Time Legal Counsel (2-3 days per week) to support the legal, transactional, and operational needs of their growing real estate investment platform.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, fund structures, and corporate matters. You will work closely with senior leadership on deals, strategic initiatives, and day‑to‑day legal requirements

This role would suit a Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 5 years PQE (flexible depending on experience) Experience in funds and/or real estate with strong exposure to property, development, or investment transactions is essential. You will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills and a commercial mind
