Overview
At Hertitage Healthcare, they are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our marketing team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working towards a professional qualification. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and looking to kick-start their career in the field.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
* Social Media Marketing: Assist in managing our social media pages by posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Client and External Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* Presentation Creation and Delivery: Assist in creating visually compelling presentations to highlight marketing strategies, campaign results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
* Website Analytics: Use website analytics tools to track and analyse the effectiveness of ongoing marketing campaigns and understand user behaviour, providing insights for optimisation
* Marketing Program Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas and contribute to the development of marketing programs aimed at enhancing and growing the company\'s brand
* Press Releases and Content Editing: Assist in writing and editing press releases, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company\'s brand voice and guidelines.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* £16,000 per annum
* Monday – Friday – 09:00 – 16:00

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in managing social media pages.
* Familiarity with website analytics tools and basic understanding of data analysis.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop marketing skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design software.
* Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C English GCSE
