The Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in a child's life? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a primary school-aged child with complex behavioural needs. This is a long-term role starting as soon as possible.
What You'll Do:
* Provide personalized 1:1 support to a child with complex behavioural needs.
* Implement effective strategies to support the child's learning and behavioural development.
* Collaborate with the SENDCO and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
* Assist in developing and implementing the child's EHCP.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience working with children with complex needs.
2. Desirable experience with ADHD and SEMH.
