Location: End Grain Ltd, Haddenham HP17 8ZD
Pay: £15–£18/hour (weekly pay, always on time)
Hours: 7am–5pm Mon–Fri, optional Saturdays 7am–12pm

End Grain is a well-established high-end joinery workshop based in Haddenham, known for delivering some of the slickest kitchens, wardrobes and media units this side of London. We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer to help us bring our projects to life — flawlessly finished, of course.
What we're looking for:
Someone who knows that the finish is the final impression — and treats it that way. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly with our joiners and project team, and take real pride in the work you produce.
Essential skills:
* Spraying PU primers and PU top coats
* Clear lacquering, including high-gloss work
* Sanding, filling and general prep (you know the drill)
* Oil and dye application
* An eye for detail sharper than a scalpel
* Bonus points for spraying liquid metals and special effects
Personal qualities:
* Reliable, self-sufficient, and tidy
* Good communicator and problem solver
* Able to manage your own workflow without babysitting
* Obsessed with quality (in a good way)
