About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team supporting individuals in our new accommodation site in Tewkesbury within the Gloucester area! We are committed to providing personalised support that empowers individuals with complex needs to live independently and with dignity. In this role, you’ll make a real difference by helping people achieve their goals, promoting social inclusion, and managing risks with compassion and professionalism. Our team comprises many different types of extraordinary people; we are not looking for one ‘set’ of skills but instead are looking for people who share our vision to do something different; something innovative, high quality and something that achieves something amazing for the people we work with. Whether you’re new to the field or building on existing experience, you’ll find excellent opportunities to grow your skills and progress your career within a supportive and award‑winning organisation. This is your chance to be part of a meaningful journey that transforms lives every day! We have several opportunities including day time shifts and waking night shifts available at our brand new accommodation site, please get in touch for more information!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person‑centred care and emotional support during waking night shifts.
* Monitor wellbeing and respond to any incidents calmly and professionally.
* Assist with night‑time routines and personal care where required.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with day staff for continuity of care.
* Promote independence and recovery‑focused approaches.

What We’re Looking For

* Enthusiasm for working in mental health and supporting vulnerable individuals.
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in mental health or social care is desirable.
* Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship for this role).

Company Benefits

* You will receive full induction training and continued professional development.
* Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team.
* Access to our EAP program offering telephone support, full counselling services and discounts on a range of shops and services.
* A wellbeing day in addition to annual leave, to use however you wish.
* 28 days annual leave, increasing with length of service up to 5 additional days.
* Staff recognition and rewards.
* Monthly workshops with our Clinical Team as well as access to our library of previous sessions.

Essential Skills

* Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with mental health needs.
* Confident engaging with individuals with neurodiversity or complex backgrounds.
* Has experience (or is keen to learn) therapeutic de‑escalation and crisis‑intervention techniques.
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing needs.
* Computer literate, with confidence in using Microsoft office programmes.

Full training will be provided so if you feel you can embed our values and offer quality support to enable people to achieve their goals, we want to hear from you!
