Science Technician
We are looking to appoint a Science Technician who will play a vital role in providing support for the delivery of the curriculum and management of the department’s resources. We are flexible as to the individual science specialism of applicants.
Reporting to the Senior Science Technician, you will work alongside the Heads of Department managing the day-to-day technical operations of Biology, Chemistry and Physics ensuring that practical work across the department is delivered safely, efficiently and imaginatively.
The role is permanent, full time (40 hours per week), 8.00-4.30pm Monday to Friday (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break where free lunch is provided during term time).
The role is term time only (36 working weeks per year).
Pro-rata (actual) salary will be £22,500-£25,000 (depending on experience).
