What youll be doing
Youll play an active role in the day:to:day life of the nursery, providing high:quality care and education to our youngest learners.

Relationship Building: Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure every child feels safe and supported.

Observation and Planning: Tracking developmental milestones and creating inspiring, age:appropriate activities.
*
Nurturing Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating space specifically tailored for the needs of babies and toddlers.
*
Team Collaboration: Working as part of a cohesive team to ensure the smooth running of the Under 2s room.
What were looking for
We need someone who brings energy, warmth, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.

Qualifications: A relevant childcare qualification (ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3).

Experience: Proven experience in an early years setting, particularly with the Under 2 age group.

Skills: Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work on your own initiative.

Mindset: A positive, can:do attitude and a team:focused approach to daily challenges.
Hours and Benefits
The role is full:time, working all year round. The nursery is open Monday to Friday (7.30am : 6.00pm), with hours worked on a shift basis.

Financial Rewards: Salary starting from GBP27,000 p.a. and a GBP1,000 Golden Hello for qualified practitioners.
