Job Title: Learning Delivery Specialist (Care Services)
Location: Northwest (Manchester and surrounding areas)
Salary: £28,606 per annum
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

What does it mean to be a Learning Delivery Specialist at Anchor?
* Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Design and deliver tailored remote learning sessions that equip our care teams to provide exceptional services to our residents.
* Identify & Assess Learning Needs: Work in partnership with Operations to identify learning needs, boost colleague engagement, and address barriers to participation.
* Supporting Compliance: Help meet mandatory and statutory training targets, so colleagues stay competent, compliant, and confident.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Evaluate learning impact, keeping programs fresh, relevant, and aligned with the care sector standards and changing business needs.
Who are we looking for?
* Experienced Learning Facilitator: You understand the full learning cycle — from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation —you’ve also worked in person-centred, customer-focused environments.
* Tech Confident: You're comfortable using a variety of digital tools and systems, and you're experienced in hosting and facilitating online learning sessions or webinars.
* Influential: You’re a natural communicator - you know how to speak to people and make them feel heard. You excel at offering constructive feedback, fostering collaboration, and inspiring those around you.
* Team Motivator: You lead with energy and positivity, with the ability to coach and motivate teams to embrace change and deliver exceptional care.
* Collaborative Partner: You build connections effortlessly. Whether working with senior leaders or frontline colleagues, you can influence, collaborate, and connect at all levels.
