The Role A thriving and oversubscribed primary school in the Toxteth/Wavertree area is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The pupil requires a high level of support for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with a particular focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and senior leaders, you will help implement tailored strategies to support the pupil both within the classroom and in alternative learning environments across the school. On occasion, you may also be asked to provide support to other pupils with additional needs.
