Job Description
* Oversee and manage the tax-related affairs of private clients, particularly those with farms and estates.
* Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and communicate these changes to clients and colleagues.
* Nurture and build client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, encouraging their professional growth.
* Collaborate with the wider tax team to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
* Contribute to business development initiatives within the tax department.
* Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and professional standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Tax Associate Director/Director should have:
* A professional tax or accounting qualification.
* Proven experience in senior management for a UK-based accountancy practice.
* Deep understanding of private client tax matters, particularly relating to farms and estates.
* Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team.
* A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex tax matters.
