We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take our Guest Engagement & Sales Contact Centre to the next level. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of corporate travel in Atlantic Canada. You’ll lead sales and marketing efforts, generate new business, and train a team of travel experts who connect with corporate clients, adventure seekers, and tourism partners. Your mission? Drive revenue, expand partnerships, and ensure our guests get the best travel experiences possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Sales & Growth Strategy – Drive corporate travel bookings, tourism packages, and high-value partnerships through targeted sales efforts.
* Marketing & Digital Domination – Utilize social media, paid ads, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing to attract and convert leads.
* Lead the Guest Engagement & Sales Hub – Build and train a high-performing sales team that engages travelers, converts leads, and maximizes upsells.
* Industry Outreach & Partnerships – Represent us at trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings to build long-term relationships.
* Performance & Revenue Tracking – Set goals, analyze data, and refine strategies to continuously improve results.

What We’re Looking For

* 3-5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or corporate sales.
* Proven track record of closing deals, building partnerships, and hitting (or exceeding) revenue targets.
* Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization.
* Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate, train, and grow a results-driven team.
* Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
* Passion for travel and tourism – bonus points if you know Atlantic Canada’s top tourist attractions!

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
