The Project Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team delivering infrastructure, cloud, and data centre projects. The role ensures that project documentation, communication, scheduling, and reporting are maintained accurately and efficiently across multiple projects. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards and governance processes. Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and administration of projects. Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change registers. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with project onboarding processes and resource coordination. Maintain project documentation within project management systems (e.g. SharePoint, PM tools). Prepare project status reports and dashboards. Ensure documentation is version controlled and stored according to governance requirements. Support the preparation of project packs for internal and client meetings. Essential Experience in an administrative or project support role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience managing documentation and scheduling. Desirable Experience supporting IT, infrastructure, or data centre projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO frameworks. Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
