OFSTED Registered Manager - Huddersfield
Job Details:
* Ofsted Registered Manager
* Managing a brand new, 1 bedded children's home
* Before becoming dual-registered across 2, 1 bedded children's homes, between 6-12 months
* Joining an established children's residential care home provider
* Huddersfield based, with future home being nearby.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work with RI to help open a new 1 bedded children's home
* Recruit, develop and manage new staff team
* Managing day to day operations within a children's home
* Ensure the service is effective in providing therapeutic support to children with EBD and challenging behviours
* Manage referrals
* Manager safeguarding concerns
* Ensure the service meets it's SOP
Salary:
* £40,000 when managing 1 home
* £60,000 when dual registered
Contract:
* Full-time, permanent contract
* Monday - Friday
* + on call duties
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience
* Driving licence
