Role Overview:


We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Growth to drive the sales of our Accountancy brand

As the Head of Accountancy Growth, you will take the lead in developing and executing our digital strategy. Taking responsibility for driving customer acquisition, growth and engagement whilst optimising the overall cost of acquisition.


With an annual budget of £500k-£1m, the Head of Accountancy Growth will play a crucial role in achieving an annualised revenue growth of 10% plus over the next 2 years. Ultimately you will be responsible for achieving the budgeted New Customer/Client volumes and revenue across our Caroola Accountancy and BAA brands.


Role and Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
* Plan and manage an annual digital budget of £500k - £1m to maximise ROI.
* Customer Acquisition and Growth:
* Lead on initiatives to acquire new customers through data-driven digital campaigns. Ensuring budget is being effectively deployed.
* Develop strategies to lower total cost of acquisition while maintaining high-quality customer engagement.
* Revenue Growth:
* Drive initiatives to achieve annualised revenue growth of 20%+ through targeted digital campaigns and optimisation strategies.
* Mange the funnel of leads to joiners and help the operational teams maximise the conversion rates.
* Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
* Track and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust where needed to maximise joiner numbers.
* Continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights and market trends.
* Technology and Innovation:
* Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and recommend changes or tactical campaigns needed to compete effectively.
* Analyse market opportunities and develop tactical communication and promotions to target identified customer segments.
* Leverage tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Review product packages and pricing and recommend adjustments as markets and competitors evolve.
* Ensure the positioning of products supports the growth of joiner numbers.
* Create tactical promotional packages and pricing where appropriate to drive joiner growth.
* Develop upsell and cross conversion products and promotions to increase average customer revenue.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
* Communicate performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.


Skills and Experience Required:


* Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
* Expertise in managing substantial marketing budgets and optimising ROI.
* Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies and performance marketing.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in financial services would be an advantage although not essential.
