Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding construction-biased business, where YOU can support the FM team as a Contract Administrator.
Position Responsibilities
* Support the delivery teams to ensure the achievement of contractual KPIs.
* Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and associated documents onto the client's CAFM and local folders.
* Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with efficiently and competently, according to the SLA for the contracts.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding queries, updates, and expectations around KPIs and contractual agreements.
* Liaise with Supervisors on outstanding work.
* Promote health & safety on site and amongst the team.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in an office environment and communication over the phone.
* IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Positive attitude, resilience, determination, and goal orientation.
* Effective communication skills, high standards of integrity, quality, customer service, and health & safety awareness.
* Results and task-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
