Programme Lead
We are looking for a Programme Lead to deliver end-to-end on the assigned programme(s), ensuring objectives are met and the expected benefits and business outcomes are realized. The Programme Lead will lead the Programme’s Executive and other Governance Committees with energy and drive; empowered to direct the Programme and make decisions.
What we are looking for
Delivery
* Accountable for the delivery of the assigned programme—providing strategic context, direction, and leadership to the team. Ensures outcomes are achieved with end-to-end accountability for the delivery of changes.
* Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Champion a customer-centric approach to delivery, understanding and exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
* Ensure the team identifies areas for improvement & takes ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets. Escalate and progress resolution of issues as required.
* Manage 3rd party suppliers as valued partners, to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables.
* Review with the team and proactively surface and record all risks, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved.
* Landlord Equipment
* Coordinate with the AS and DM teams to ensure that Cornerstone, customers, and third-party suppliers perform all duties with Landlords in line with the Cornerstone Landlord engagement policy.
Person Specification
Experience (technical, managerial, industry)
* Significant experience in leading programmes.
* Ability to drive cultural change and mindset shifts within the organization.
* Ability to identify core issues and establish resolutions and new ways of working.
* Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, on a day-to-day basis.
Skills / Knowledge
* High EQ associated with influencing and stakeholder management skills at varying levels and across matrix organizations.
* Proven coaching and mentoring experience.
* Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to write reports and perform analytical tasks.
* Clear & concise communication skills within Cornerstone and externally with 3rd party suppliers & stakeholders.
* Strong planning & organizational abilities in delivering business results.
