What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the smooth and timely execution of IT operational activities.
* Leading the delivery of infrastructure-related projects, ensuring positive outcomes across multiple functions.
* Driving IT projects and contributing to process improvements - including testing and implementation.
* Monitoring vendor performance and managing third-party service providers to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Identifying opportunities for automation or digital enhancements within existing workflows to boost operational efficiency.
* Collaborating across teams and departments to align on goals, timelines, and priorities.

* Solid experience managing IT operations or service delivery environments with multiple moving parts.
* Adept at working independently and cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery.
