Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler / Executive (Hybrid Role) • Location: Coventry - with potential for a hybrid working model. • Salary: Up to £55,000 basic, depending on experience (DOE), along with a bonus scheme, pension, and life insurance. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler / Executive, you will: • Handle the day-to-day management of an existing commercial insurance portfolio. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Communicate effectively with both underwriters and clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. • Meet and exceed monthly targets. • Manage renewal administration efficiently. • Prepare compelling presentations for insurers. • Negotiate premiums skilfully with underwriters and clients to achieve favourable terms. • Process adjustments accurately and promptly. • Prepare comprehensive client reports and other essential documentation. What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional with: • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance role, preferably within a brokerage setting. • Desirable experience across various commercial insurance lines, including Property Damage, Terrorism, Motor Fleet, Directors & Officers Liability, Public Liability, Engineering, Engineering Inspection, and Employers Liability. • Previous exposure to premiums ranging from £5,000 to £100,000 is advantageous. • Proficiency with Acturis is desirable. • Progress towards Cert CII is a plus, and our client is committed to supporting your professional development.
