Hours
37 hours per week, term time plus INSET, plus an additional 3 weeks
Responsibilities
* Lead the year group in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to embed the school vision.
* Shape the culture in the year group by ensuring superb outcomes for pupils.
* Deliver excellence for students from all starting points.
* Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive, calm and purposeful climate for learning.
* Work closely with pupils at Samuel Whitbread Academy and engage in regulated activity with children.
