About The Role
Please note that this is a full-time role working 42 hours per week, 8pm - 8am. Full flexibility is required.
Location: Woodthorpe Lodge, Loughborough LE11
As a Night Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories. Joining us offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
The role involves taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care. You may also be required to manage the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. Whether reporting mobility issues, requesting samples for monitoring, or administering medication, always prioritize resident dignity and wellbeing.
You should have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults, along with positive energy and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires accountability, considerate communication, and kindness in all interactions.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
