Customer Service Administrator

Telford | 12 Month FTC | Competitive salary

Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm | 25 days holiday + BH

We are a long-standing and trusted recruitment consultancy in Telford, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting two experienced consultants and helping candidates secure their next career move.

You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operation - delivering exceptional service, managing key administration tasks, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.

This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident in both communication and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Speaking with candidates about job opportunities

* Coordinating interviews and sending confirmations

* Keeping candidates updated and providing feedback

* Writing job adverts and conducting candidate interviews

* Completing compliance checks and preparing temp starter docs

* Updating the CRM and producing team MI

* Formatting CVs and sending targeted email campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous office-based experience (essential)

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Highly organised with great attention to detail

* Team-focused and proactive
