About The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share meaningful moments and memories. Each day is different, offering varied and rewarding work. Your duties may include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time with each resident. This role allows you to apply your skills meaningfully and grow your career.
About You
To join us you need experience caring for older people, a can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted approach. Above all, you must possess the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
