The Opportunity

You’ll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on:
* Multi‑jurisdictional matters
* Strategically significant client issues
You won’t sit on the sidelines – you’ll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage a varied and high‑quality caseload, including:
* Complex commercial contract disputes
* Shareholder and corporate disputes
* Injunctions and urgent applications
* Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters
* Insolvency‑related and regulatory disputes
Alongside this, you’ll:
* Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution
* Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders
* Contribute to strategy on high‑value disputes
* Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5–8 PQE) who:
* Is confident running matters but wants greater exposure and responsibility
* Is commercially minded and comfortable advising clients directly
* Is starting to think about long‑term progression and positioning
* Values collaboration, consistency, and quality of work over volume
