Our client are a global brand in the eyelash sector who sell their products to over 100 countries worldwide. They boast over 2m customers online and it’s products can also be purchased in reputable retailers including Superdrug (850 stores) and Asos.
You will lead the internal marketing team to ensure both personal and commercial growth. Working closely with the digital director you will oversee the brand's creative and performance marketing strategy; including influencer marketing, paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, CRM, Tiktok (including Tiktok shop) and organic growth.
Objectives of this Role
1. Develop and deliver marketing plans and projects that are on brand, within budget, to deadline, and to achieve all KPI’s and ROI targets.
2. Shape the marketing strategy in agreement with the Digital Director and implement this across all acquisition and marketing channels, ensuring acquisition, retention and commercial targets are being met.
3. Lead all strategic performance marketing activity to ensure maximum ROI is being achieved.
4. Deliver succession planning to ensure the team is developing in accordance with business objectives.
5. Be responsible for mapping out the customer journey and ensuring that website metrics such as CR and AOV are being monitored and improved.
