The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, handling the full conveyancing process independently and efficiently. Typical work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re‑mortgages Transfers of equity New build and other residential property transactions Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties About You This role would suit a conveyancer who can demonstrate: A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload end‑to‑end Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer Unqualified conveyancers working towards qualification will also be considered Strong technical knowledge of residential property law A proactive, organised, and client‑focused approach The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team What’s on Offer?
