In this role, you will support two individuals with Autism and ADHD who also require mental health support. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support with all aspects of daily living, while promoting independence and empowering each person to engage in the community activities of their choice. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is committed, empathetic, caring and compassionate. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be confident using IT when completing records. * Personal Care is required in this service.
