About Our Client
This opportunity is with a well-established organisation within the Transport & Distribution industry. They are going through a period of exciting expansion and so require the extra assistance of a strong Procurement Analyst to join their growing team.
Job Description
As Procurement Analyst, you will report into the Procurement Manager. Duties will include, however, not be limited to:
3. Ensure contract metadata, key dates and documents are accurately maintained in the contract management system.
4. Generate spend reports by category/supplier
5. Track procurement savings and value delivery
6. Coordinate procurement readiness for financial year-end and budget planning
7. Creation and management of dashboards
8. Serve as Data Governance Lead for procurement datasets
9. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Analyse procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
11. Generate regular reports to support decision-making and track procurement performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Analyst should have:
12. Experience in procurement, data analysis, or contract management.
13. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
14. Strong organisational and time management skills.
15. A strong understanding of procurement.
16. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
17. A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
