Our client a leading facilities management company based in the North East is looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join their facilities management team on a healthcare contract based in Morpeth.
The Role: The role purpose is to ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of various contracts. To meet this, your key responsibilities will include:
* Servicing Steam Plant and boilers
* Servicing air handling units
* Pipework
* Working on pressure systems
* Legionella awareness - servicing thermostats mix valves and recording temperatures.
* TMV servicing
Qualifications
HNC/ONC/C&G plumbing or mechanical engineering
The Person
You will have an FM background Be flexible, and happy to travel to other medical sites as needed
