GRC Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT GRC Analyst. You will be part of the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team within the wider Security team who manage and support Information Security at Wolfspeed. You will be responsible for leading the IT SOX Compliance program, managing governance risk and compliance activities, and strengthening our IT control environment. This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), and Segregation of Duties (SOD) while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in IT audit, IT risk assessment, ERP system controls, and security management, as well as a proven track record of collaborating with internal and external auditors to remediate issues and enhance compliance efficiency. Your ability to operate, enhance & assure IT controls will have a direct impact on reducing the overall IT and business risk.

4. Lead the IT SOX program, including design, implementation, and monitoring of ITGCs and ITACs.
5. Perform proactive deficiency identification, remediation, and process improvements prior to scheduled audits.
6. Train IT control owners on SOX compliance and support adoption of automated audit processes (e.g., AuditBoard).
7. Partner with internal audit, finance, IT, and external auditors to evaluate risks, perform walkthroughs, and implement remediation strategies.
8. Manage Segregation of Duties (SOD) program, including periodic monitoring, access reduction, and risk remediation.
9. Conduct IT risk assessments, including cyber risk reviews, ransomware readiness, and system implementation audits.
10. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of controls to enhance efficiency.
11. Develop and present IT SOX compliance reports to executive management and external stakeholders.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT compliance professionals.

13. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
14. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT audit, information security, IT risk management, SOX or technical privacy
15. Strong knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, SOX requirements, and audit methodology.
16. Proven success in collaborating across IT, finance, and audit functions.
17. Proven experience with control monitoring principles and practices leveraging technical and operational best practices to define the security controls and processes.
18. Demonstrated ability performing IT Risk & Security assessments across a broad range of technologies including evaluating internal controls and performing technical analysis.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills that can be applied to all levels of management.
20. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
Nice to have
21. Information Security related training or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
22. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle EBS) and SaaS.
23. Experience with AuditBoard or other GRC tools.
24. Experience with automation tools
25. Understanding of manufacturing or semiconductor operations
