The Job Role
You will be maintaining the standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes and putting them away, sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning work surfaces while following all Health and Safety systems. Tasks include and are not limited to:
* Washing the dishes using a dish washing machine.
* Hand washing pans.
* Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the pot wash areas.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the shelves the dishes/pans are stored on.
* Putting away crockery, pans and cutlery etc.
* Cleaning up spillages. Maintaining floor surfaces.
* Sweeping and mopping.
* Emptying the kitchen bin.
* Assist in all recycling practices.
* Some minor laundry.
You will need a positive can do attitude, ability to work unsupervised, a willingness to learn, excellent timekeeping and time management and ability to adapt. You will be standing on your feet for the entire shift so you will need to be fit and have plenty of stamina.
Shifts: Zero hours contracts with flexibility to work various shift patterns including breakfast service, lunch, evenings and functions, seven days a week. Contracted hours considered after the initial probationary period.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
