This is a full-time position covering the East Midlands, East Anglia and East of England territories.

Ideal Requirements for the Territory Manager
* A proven track record of success in capital medical equipment with around 2-5 years’ experience.
* Well-connected within hospitals, operating rooms, and surgical specialities.
* Experience in strategic selling and successfully displacing competitors.
* Driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed ambitious targets.
Role Responsibilities for the Territory Manager
* Take the lead in identifying and winning new opportunities across the NHS, private sector, and diagnostic centres.
* Showcase your expertise through compelling, clinically credible presentations and product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain lasting partnerships with consultant, procurement, and biomedical teams.
* Create account plans that expand product usage, boost adoption, and maximise revenue.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.
