We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Producer on an initial 4 month fixed term contract to support one of our amazing client brands with some critical campaign & project shoots from conception, planning, through to shoot, post-production & final asset approval.
As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in planning, quoting, and managing the delivery of photographic and video shoots during this four month period working with an array of agencies & freelancers as necessary to obtain the right skillset to deliver the right results.
You will be responsible for understanding client briefs, interpreting production requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of the production process from start to finish.
Produce end‑to‑end photographic and video shoots, from brief through to final asset approval
Plan and manage studio and on‑location product shoots for Hotel Chocolat campaigns
Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear production plans, schedules, and budgets
Source and manage agencies, production partners, and freelance crew
Oversee shoot logistics and on‑set delivery, ensuring smooth execution and problem resolution
Manage production budgets, quoting, and cost control
Coordinate post‑production workflows and asset sign‑off
Build strong relationships with clients, creatives, and production talent
Requirements
What can you bring to the table?
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to plan, cost, and co-ordinate all services required to deliver shoots
Deep understanding and appreciation of both photography and videography
Prior experience with food advantageous
Solid experience as an agency-type Producer in a production environment
Ability to scope and plan projects within timescales and budget
Good understanding of production techniques, including remote production and digital technologies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, creative teams, and talent
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Willingness to work irregular hours
Existing relationships with production companies and talent at a local level
