Essential Functions:
1. Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
2. Ensure safe and successful completion of projects through proper equipment operation.
3. Perform daily pre-trip inspections of excavators, loaders, and other equipment.
4. Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition at all times.
5. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with customers, subcontractors, and co-workers.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
3. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
4. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted throughout the workday.
5. Proficiency in using power tools safely (e.g., hand tools, power drills).
